  • Leading our clients through design, plans preparation and application details in an efficient and helpful manner.
  • Critical decision anaylsis, such as design intent, schedule, specialty scopes of work and the overall project schedule are determined.
  • Effective in offering project teams a road map that identifies the timing of all pre-construction activities and creates the project approach and services – from initial conception through the completion of the project.
  • Utilizing in-house and subcontractor expertise, our construction company can leverage historical project knowledge to define and often anticipate negative project impacts or problems and provide innovative construction solutions in order to maintain project velocity, providing and protecting the project cost structure.
  • Provide live costing: actual costs as reflected in today’s marketplace and based on historical project data.
  • Provide clients an early analysis of the effects materials, equipment systems, techniques and schedules will have on project time and cost.
  • To serve both the Owner and the design team as a source of accurate information from which educated decisions can be made concerning the project’s cost, quality level and timing.
  • Coordination of Hyvac’s estimating, value engineering, scheduling and constructability services with the design team’s design activities.
  • Through the implementation of pre-construction services, owners gain knowledge on the real cost, schedule and impact, and can accurately reflect the project cost to their company’s management.
